There are over a dozen different apple flavors – some are sweet and fruity, others are tart and highly acidic, depending on the type, age and origin of the fruit.

Based on this “taste scale”, this special apple offers the taster a different tone of apple with every bite. The changing sensation draws attention to the different flavor qualities existing in the different types of apples around us.
